Delivery & Pick-up Policy
At Nino’s Bakery, we take pride in offering the best cakes in Cairo, supported by a bespoke delivery service that ensures every order arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Coverage
- Our drivers deliver directly from the bakery throughout the week across Cairo.
- For orders outside Cairo, please contact us to arrange special delivery or pickup options.
Delivery Hours & Window
- Standard deliveries are made within the Delivery Window between 12 PM – 6 PM.
- While we strive to deliver at the most convenient time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed within this window.
Special Delivery Options
- Specific time slots and pre‑12 PM deliveries are available at an additional cost.
- For multi‑drop deliveries, timed/earlier deliveries, or large orders outside standard areas, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
Delivery Notifications
- Our delivery team will contact you the night before or the morning of delivery to confirm the location.
- Important: The location sent to the driver is the location he will go to. It cannot be changed after arranging with the driver.
- On the day of delivery, the driver will notify you 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to arrival
Pick‑up Policy
- Pickup window is between 10 AM – 4 PM.
- All orders must be paid in advance before pickup. Orders cannot be released without confirmed payment.
- Responsibility for the order ends once it has been collected from our bakery; Nino’s Bakery is only accountable for the condition of the order at the point of handover.
